A Villager said her toilets suddenly “exploded” during utility work being performed in her neighborhood.
“Without notice, two of our three toilets suddenly blew water out of the bowls, sending water everywhere. My bathrooms are soaked — floors, walls, everything — and the house smelled terrible afterward,” said Andrea Walen of the Village of Monarch Grove.
