A 10.49-acre industrial property in southeast Ocala was just acquired by a multi-billion dollar, heavy building materials company for $1.25 million.
The property, which is comprised of three industrial parcels totaling more than 10 acres off SE 78th Street in Ocala, was sold for $1.25 million late last month.
According to a deed filed with the Marion County Clerk of Courts, Titan Florida LLC acquired the three properties, which measure 3.47 acres, 3.51 acres, and 3.51 acres, from Seven Sisters LLC on Monday, August 31…
