Golf cart registration could be a pot of gold for City of Wildwood

There are 100,000 golf carts in The Villages, and if registration were set at $50 each, that would be $5 million annually. Do local municipalities need this pot of gold?

An example of this is Wildwood police writing a ticket for not having an approved child seat to a grandfather and grandmother who had their grandchild seated next to them. This is just the start. Mandatory registration is next.
