A Villager’s over-the-top flower pots could prompt a deed compliance rule change.
The home of Mariagnes Moran at 859 Livingston Loop in the Village of Lynnhaven was the subject of a deed compliance hearing Tuesday before the Community Development District 5 Board of Supervisors at SeaBreeze Recreation Center.
A complaint about “yard ornaments and debris around the property” was lodged July 21 with Community Standards. Staff made multiple attempts to contact Moran, leaving several voicemails and sending multiple emails. She did not respond.
At the hearing, she explained that she had been in Illinois helping her son and daughter-in-law, who are both battling cancer. Moran spent an extended period in the Chicago area, shuttling her grandchildren to appointments and activities while lending a hand with their ailing parents…
