A report of a fight in Ocala led to a DUI arrest after deputies allegedly discovered a 29-year-old man passed out in a running car with multiple open alcohol containers.
On Sunday, October 11, a Marion County Sheriff’s Office deputy responded to the 4500 block of SE Maricamp Road following a report that someone was being beaten up by unknown subjects. Upon arrival, the deputy determined the report was unfounded, according to the arrest affidavit.
