Three Ocala residents accused of voting in the 2024 election even though they are not citizens have been criminally charged, according to Marion County court and jail records.
Cyntia Vanessa Canales, 62, Craig William Smith, 69, and Carolyn Virginia Ellison, 67, are each charged under Florida Statute 104.155(1), unqualified noncitizen elector willfully voting, a third-degree felony.
