An 81-year-old resident of the Village of Liberty Park was arrested following a domestic disturbance involving an 82-year-old man.
Maria Elisa Baudo was arrested Friday on a felony charge of battery on a person 65 years of age or older.
According to an arrest report from the Sumter County Sheriff’s Office, a 911 caller reported at about 2:49 p.m. that Baudo was at an undisclosed location, crying and ranting about the victim mentally abusing her.
