Citrus County, FL – Earlier this month, the Citrus County Sheriff’s Office (CCSO) Animal Control Officers (ACO) responded to a residence on East Watson Street in Inverness following a report of suspected animal cruelty. The investigation resulted in the arrest of three residents, shedding light on appalling living conditions for both animals and two juveniles.
