OCALA, Fla. – A 21-year-old Marion County man is expected to be arraigned for the murder of his 17-year-old girlfriend. Saul Garcia Macias is charged with shooting Sofia Lugo to death in his family’s Ocala home. Garcia Macias has been in jail on no bond since his arrest in December.
