A Fruitland Park woman was arrested in a Circle K parking lot when law enforcement recognized her as a driver without a license. A deputy observed the driver of a black Ford SUV, later identified as 51-year-old Ileana Rivera, driving through a parking lot at Circle K, located at 2211 Citrus Boulevard, around 11:26 p.m. Monday, according to an arrest report from the Lake County Sheriff’s Office.
