ORLANDO, Fla. – In the last week alone, we have reported two cases involving a teacher/coach and school resource officer having an inappropriate relationship with a student. On Tuesday, Polk County deputies arrested 26-year-old Richard Alcalde of Lakeland after investigators say he sexually assaulted a 17-year-old student two times.
