OCALA, Fla. (WCJB) – A judge has ruled in favor of the county against a nonprofit owner, saying he can no longer own animals without the courts permission. Matthew Keel, the registered owner of nonprofit No BS Sanctuary will no longer be able to own animals without getting permission form the court.
