Dunnellon Middle cleared after deputies found no threat to students or staff

DUNNELLON, Fla. (WCJB) – The lockdown has been lifted at Dunnellon Middle School after authorities investigated a possible threat to the school on Friday afternoon. Marion County Sheriff’s Office officials tell TV20 a 911 caller reported an active shooter on campus. Deputies searched the entire school and did not find anything of concern. No injuries were reported.
