A new steakhouse in west Ocala is currently in the midst of a soft opening as it prepares to take reservations from the general public next month. Remington’s Prime Steakhouse is currently hosting a series of soft openings to train staff. Located at 6998 N U.S. Hwy 27, the restaurant plans to begin taking reservations on March 1, according to a social media post.
