OCALA, Fla. (WCJB) – An animal hospital is under construction in Marion County, but staff won’t take in household pets. Instead, they’re focusing on Florida wildlife. Leaders with Rescuing Ocala Wildlife (ROW) say the 2,000 square foot sanctuary will help them care for wild birds, mammals, and reptiles. They acquired more than 10 acres to build the hospital and an on-site residence.
