BELLEVIEW, Fla. (WCJB) – Belleview city officials are seeking fresh ideas for their city from 4th and 5th-grade students across town. Officials with the City of Belleview said they are holding an essay contest for interested 4th and 5th students who want to share their creative ideas on what they would do if they were to be elected mayor of Belleview.
