A 33-year-old Ocala man with a prior domestic battery conviction was arrested after he allegedly punched his brother while attempting to assist with an oil change. On Tuesday, August 27, a Marion County Sheriff’s Office deputy responded to a local residence in reference to a domestic dispute. When the deputy arrived, three individuals – two men and a woman – were standing in the roadway, and the two men appeared to be yelling at each other, according to the arrest report.
