A 63-year-old man has claimed a $1 million prize from a Florida Lottery scratch-off ticket he purchased at a Publix in Crystal River. On Monday, the Florida Lottery announced that Beverly Hills resident James Breseman stopped by the Lottery Headquarters in Tallahassee and claimed a $1 million prize from the 500X THE CASH scratch-off game.
