A Yalaha man was arrested after swerving into oncoming traffic and resisting when officers detained him for a suspected DUI. An officer observed 60-year-old William Victor Rodman driving south on Beecher Street around 12:32 a.m. Saturday, Nov. 2, according to an arrest report from the Leesburg Police Department. He crossed into the other lane of traffic, forcing a vehicle traveling north to swerve off the road to avoid being struck.
