OCALA, Fla. – Court records show lawyers for a man accused of a deadly shooting inside Ocala’s Paddock Mall are considering using an insanity defense at trial. Albert Shell Jr. is in the Marion County jail charged with the murder of David Barron. The shooting happened two days before Christmas when many people were at the mall shopping.
