A man spent Christmas in jail after violating a no contact order involving a woman he referred to as his “sugar momma.”. Timothy David Rogers, 35, was arrested on Monday and was being held without bond at the Lake County Jail. In addition to defying the judge’s no contact order which had been a condition of his prior release, Rogers is also facing a fresh charge of stalking.
