Police arrested three homeless people in Leesburg for trespassing at a produce market they had been warned away from throughout the years.
An officer checked Farmer John’s property, located at 1415 Middlesex Rd., pursuant to an active trespass authorization letter on file around 12:35 p.m. Monday, according to an arrest report from the Leesburg Police Department. While walking the property’s wood line, the officer came in contact with 54-year-old John William Nichols, 66-year-old Wanda Lee Hughes and 39-year-old Robert Rohrbaugh.
Nichols was identified by his name and date of birth. The officer gave this information to dispatch and asked if he had been trespassed before. Dispatch then confirmed he had been trespassed on June 26, 2024, the report said.
Hughes stated she was under the impression that the property she was trespassed from did not extend that far. After checking with dispatch, it was confirmed she had been previously trespassed from the property on Dec. 22, 2022, the report said…
