A Villager riding an electric bicycle was taken to the emergency room after she was angrily confronted by a Villager in a golf cart.
The 71-year-old woman was riding the E-bike at about 11 a.m. Wednesday on the multi-modal path along Marsh Bend Trail when she came to the entrance to Corbin Trail, according to an arrest report from the Wildwood Police Department.
Joseph Robert Malczyk, 56, of the Village of Monarch Grove, was driving a golf cart when he reached the intersection and “yelled to her to stop at the stop sign,” the report said. The woman “made a comment” that the golf cart was required to stop at the stop sign.
Malczyk and the lady E-Biker “began cursing at each other.”…
