A Lake County woman was arrested for battery after allegedly attacking her significant other over cheating allegations.
Officers responded to a disturbance at an undisclosed Leesburg residence around 9:55 p.m. Friday, according to an arrest report from the Leesburg Police Department. Upon arrival, they spoke to the male victim who advised that 47-year-old Crystal Gail Bach “attacked” him.
The victim appeared to have redness on the left side of his face. He explained that at one point, Bach attacked him, during which he got hit on the left side of his face. There had been ongoing verbal disagreements throughout the day with Bach, and it turned physical during this incident, the report said.
A juvenile at the scene advised that he walked into the bedroom upon hearing the victim yelling to call law enforcement and observed Bach on top of the victim, the report said…
