Repeat trespasser found with drug paraphernalia in vacant home in Leesburg

A man was arrested for trespassing after being found in a vacant house with a narcotic pipe next to him on a bed.

An officer conducted a secure check of a vacant residence, located at 1400 CR 24A, at 11:40 a.m. Wednesday, April 23, according to an arrest report from the Leesburg Police Department. Upon arrival, he found 39-year-old Robert Bowen Rohrbaugh sitting on a bed inside the residence.

The officer was familiar with Rohrbaugh from prior contacts with him and knew his information. An inquiry showed he was previously trespassed from the property on Nov. 17, 2024, the report said.

Additionally, the officer observed a clear glass bubble-style pipe sitting directly where Rohrbaugh was on the bed. It was in an area that he had access to and was within reaching distance.
