A bicyclist was killed after swerving into the path of a pickup truck in Leesburg.
The 69-year-old Eustis man had been riding a bicycle at 6:33 p.m. Sunday northbound on the shoulder of County Road 473 south of Fountain Lake Boulevard when he swerved into the path of a 2020 Toyota Tacoma which had been southbound on County Road 473, according to an accident report from the Florida Highway Patrol. The front end of the pickup hit the bicyclist.
He was pronounced dead at the scene…
