An Ocala nonprofit organization that helps individuals attain long-term employment and housing has just opened Dignity House, a new, 60-bed shelter that provides housing and a path to independence for those in need.
Wear Gloves cut the ribbon on its new Dignity House on Friday, May 2. Located at 2001 SW 3rd Avenue, the nonprofit purchased the building in July 2024 and broke ground at the site at the end of last year.
