A son has been ordered to clean up his parents’ moldy property in The Villages.
The home located at 17920 SE 92nd Amory Avenue in the Village of Springdale was the subject of a public hearing Monday in front of Special Master Terry Neal at the District Office at Brownwood.
The home is owned by a trust in the name of Virold and Evangeline Moekel. He is deceased and his wife is living in an assisted living facility.
A complaint was lodged Feb. 27 to Community Standards about dead/missing sod, gutters falling off the house, a broken lamp post and mold growing on the rear patio of the home…
