The vehicle continued to travel for about 0.4 miles while the officer frequently used his sirens to alert Bastien to pull over. The vehicle stopped in front of 1904 Griffin Road, and the officer approached Bastien from the passenger side. He informed her that he stopped her for running the red light and violating his right of way, to which she just stared at him, the report said.
The officer asked Bastien for her driver’s license and registration, but she did not make any moves to look for them. He asked if she knew where she currently was, where she was coming from and where she was going with no responses. She was not able to answer any of his questions or tell him where she lived. She only stated that she loved him, the report said…
