I’m glad that Spanish Springs is being spruced up. But the bleacher seating is probably the stupidest thing I ever heard of. Is it to quiet down the music for the apartments? Or to keep older folks from going to the square? Also what is the age of the new apartment residents? The old man must be rolling over in his grave.
