Illegal Handicap Parking Complaint Led to Four Arrested in Central Florida

An illegal handicap parking complaint led to four being arrested in Central Florida, three of whom were wanted and all four are in the United States illegally.

This month, a Polk County deputy was requested to the UPS Store on Ambersweet Way in Davenport, in reference to an RV parked in the handicap parking space.

Deputies made contact with the driver of the RV, 45-year-old Liliana Tinichigiu, a Romanian national, who identified herself with a New York license. It was discovered that Liliana had an outstanding Virginia warrant for Theft of More Than $1000 (2 counts), Conspiracy to Commit Theft, and Possession of Stolen Property with Intent to Sell.
