A non-English speaking unlicensed driver was arrested on U.S. 301 after he was caught driving a vehicle with a non-functioning headlight.
San Sebastian Meza Dominguez, 22, or Orlando, was driving a white Dodge pickup shortly before 10 p.m. Thursday on U.S. 301 near County Road 216 in Oxford when a traffic stop was initiated, according to an arrest report from the Sumter County Sheriff’s Office.
The deputy who made the traffic stop found that Dominguez does not speak English. Through a translator, Dominguez admitted he does not have a driver’s license and has been residing in Florida for three years…
