A 21-year-old man was arrested for kidnapping his ex-girlfriend in Central Florida.
Hillsborough County Sheriff’s Office deputies responded to a residence located on the 1900 block of 33rd Street Southeast in Ruskin south of Tampa regarding a possible kidnapping on May 27th at 3:22am.
Through investigative means, deputies learned the suspect, 21-year-old Julian Jaramillo, used a tracking device placed inside his ex-girlfriend’s vehicle to track her to the residence.
According to law enforcement, Jaramillo forcibly stole the victim’s vehicle keys when she came out of the residence. He then forced the victim into the trunk of her vehicle and drove off…
