An employee who claims she was terminated from her position at HCA Florida West Marion Hospital in Ocala over absences allegedly caused by “chronic migraines with aura” has been scheduled for deposition in her lawsuit against her former employer.
Caitlyn Delmastro will be deposed by attorneys representing Marion Community Hospital, Inc., on August 5. Delmastro’s attorneys filed the lawsuit in the Fifth Judicial Circuit Court of Marion County on January 21.
