A teenager has been tracked down and arrested in the wake of a girl fight earlier this month that attracted a crowd at a mini-mart in Wildwood.
On the afternoon of June 6, an officer responded to a physical disturbance at Kamal’s Mini Mart, located at 327 Kilgore Ave., according to an arrest report from the Wildwood Police Department. Dispatch advised that about 15 to 20 people were gathered in the area with two women, one of which was later identified as 19-year-old India Sanaa’ Jackson of Mount Dora, actively engaged in a physical altercation.
Upon arrival, several witnesses waved the officer down and urgently told him, “She’s over here. They are in the car!” He saw a blue 2017 Chevrolet Equinox quickly leaving the area to head north on Jackson Street. He immediately relayed the vehicle’s information to dispatch, the report said.
The officer then met with 23-year-old Keyoni Tamar Davis, who was visibly upset and said Jackson sprayed her with pepper spray. He saw an orange liquid on her shirt and left arm. He contacted Sumter County Fire Rescue as a precaution and helped rinse her face and arm with warm water. Fire rescue treated her at the scene…
