The excitement is building as an opening date has been announced for the new Hooters restaurant in The Villages.
The opening date is set for Monday, July 7 at the new restaurant at Lake Deaton Plaza.
The Hooters restaurant will be 4,500 square feet inside and will also offer an outdoor patio. Ground was broken in January.
