Homeless man arrested after unwelcome return to his brother’s house

A homeless man in Lady Lake was arrested for trespassing at his brother’s home after taking a fishing pole and shoes off the property.

An officer responded to 34-year-old Sean Glenn Rigsby trespassing on his brother’s property in Lady Lake at 1:05 p.m. Saturday, according to an arrest report from the Lady Lake Police Department. Upon arrival, he found Rigsby on a neighbor’s property, so he talked to his brother on his doorstep.

The brother explained that Rigsby was homeless and had been trespassed from the residence. Just before he contacted law enforcement that day, Rigsby showed up at his front doorstep by coming through the backyard. He then grabbed a fishing pole and a pair of blue men’s shoes before leaving the property, the report said.

The officer asked the brother if Rigsby was ever invited onto the property, and he said no. This has been an ongoing issue. This time, he had video surveillance of Rigsby coming onto his property, the report said…
