Murder case is ongoing. But a judge put man in prison for 60 years for probation violation

One of three men accused of the brazen murder of a man inside his home last year has been sentenced to a lengthy prison term for violating the terms of his probation in a different case.

Circuit Judge Timothy McCourt sentenced Blayze Jurien White, 22, to 60 years in prison on June 27 following a non-jury trial. White has 261 days of credit for time served at the county jail. His murder case remains open and pending.

Before sentencing, White told the judge he did not violate his probation terms. While on probation, White said, he was doing good, was employed, and wasn’t involved in any crimes. He denied participating in any murder…
