A woman from Pinellas County has filed a lawsuit against a Walmart in Ocala, claiming she sustained permanent injuries after she slipped and fell at the supermarket.
Attorneys representing Katrina Peak filed the lawsuit against Wal-Mart Stores East, LP, in the Fifth Judicial Circuit Court of Marion County on June 16.
