A 33-year-old woman was arrested in Ocala after she allegedly used a stroller to steal over $1,000 worth of merchandise from a local Walmart.
On Sunday June 22, at around 6 p.m., the Ocala Police Department was notified of a theft that had just occurred at the Walmart located at 4980 E Silver Springs Boulevard. According to the arrest report, a female suspect – later identified as Dakota McKenzie Clark – had allegedly stolen numerous items before leaving the area in a gold minivan.
Specifically, the report stated that video surveillance footage showed Clark pushing a stroller as she entered the store with two adults and two toddler-aged children.
