I love The Villages. The main reason I relocated was because of the age restriction for children living in households. We were told, as well as many others, children were not allowed to live in this retirement community. The exception was anyone under 19 could be here 30 days. First of all, I cannot believe that a 20-54 year old adult can live at home with Mommy and Daddy. Did people really think you could move to a retirement community and raise your children? Just look at the crime and drugs in The Villages. How many of these are created by residents 55 years and older? I would love to see statistics on all crimes committed by residents over 55 and freeloading children and grandchildren taking up occupancy in Florida’s Friendliest Hometown. Have people forgotten life began at 40 for most…..
