An Ocala man has filed a lawsuit against a local Applebee’s for injuries he allegedly sustained after he slipped and fell on a “liquid substance” at the restaurant.
The lawsuit was filed by Donnie Kline against Neighborhood Restaurant Partners Florida, LLC, which does business as Applebee’s Neighborhood Grill & Bar, in the Fifth Judicial Circuit Court of Marion County on July 12.
According to the complaint, Kline was visiting the Applebee’s location at 2615 SW 19th Avenue Road in Ocala on January 13, 2024. During his visit, Kline allegedly “slipped on a liquid substance located on the floor.”…
