A Titusville man was arrested for driving while his license had been permanently revoked for multiple DUIs.
An officer observed a dark Cadillac Escalade traveling south on U.S. Hwy. 27/441 at 2:15 p.m. Tuesday, according to an arrest report from the Fruitland Park Police Department. He noticed the driver, 38-year-old Gregory Gerald Hunt, gave him a “side eye” but did not turn his head to look.
As the officer drove behind the vehicle, Hunt turned on his left signal to go into the left lane from the middle lane. However, he saw the officer was in the left lane, and he could not safely make the change. He instead jerked the steering wheel back into the middle lane, the report said.
They continued, and the officer saw the vehicle swerve back and forth in its lane. While approaching the intersection with Martin Luther King Jr. Boulevard, the vehicle signaled to get into the turn lane onto the boulevard. But the lane change was delayed and caused the vehicle to briefly cross into the bicycle lane before completely entering the turn lane, the report said…
