A Summerfield woman was arrested after a mail carrier helped identity her as the person who punched a man and sped off on a four-wheeler.
A deputy responded to a physical altercation at 3555 SE 147th Lane, Summerfield, around 2 p.m. Saturday, according to an arrest report from the Marion County Sheriff’s Office. Upon arrival, the male victim advised he had just been battered by 36-year-old Jessica Joanne Labazzetta and a juvenile on a four-wheeler.
The victim explained there were juveniles driving in front of his residence on four-wheelers with their phone out taking pictures or videos. His younger daughter had a history at their school with a female juvenile on one of the four-wheelers. He was not happy about them riding in front of his home, the report said.
After they left the area, Labazzetta and presumably her daughter came back on a four-wheeler with an adult male on a second four-wheeler. The victim was standing in his yard next to the road when Labazzetta stopped in front of him, leading to a verbal altercation. She then got off the four-wheeler and hit him on the left side of his head, the report said…
