An 82-year-old woman who ordered “2 for 1 Blue Margaritas” at an Ocala restaurant claims she was permanently injured after her waitress spilled one of the drinks and did not “dry up the floor properly,” resulting in the woman slipping and falling when she exited her booth.
Mary Gianferrara filed the lawsuit against Musik2, LLC, which does business as Cody’s Original Roadhouse, in the Fifth Judicial Circuit Court of Marion County on July 21.
