A former waiter has sued an Ocala restaurant over alleged age discrimination, saying management regularly gave him fewer tables than his younger colleagues and that they refused to allow him to work after he returned from an injury.
Dante Theodore Ferrigno filed the lawsuit against Remington’s Prime Ocala, LLC, in the United States Middle District Court of Florida on July 20.
According to the complaint, Ferrigno was hired as a server by Remington’s Prime on December 7, 2023.
