Woman defies restraining order and shows up in man’s bedroom

A Leesburg woman was arrested for violating a no-contact order by showing up to pick up some of her things and sleeping in his bedroom.

A deputy responded to a violation of a no contact order at an undisclosed Oxford residence around 2:30 p.m. Friday, according to an arrest report from the Sumter County Sheriff’s Office. The male victim stated he was home when 40-year-old Christain Lee Walls came to get some of her stuff. A no-contact order was in place, and he wanted her removed.

Upon arrival, the deputy met with the victim who was standing outside near a shed. He advised that Walls and another man were sleeping inside his residence. He was not sure how she got there, the report said.

He explained that he texted Walls to let her know he had a phone for her that was delivered to his residence. She got there at about 10 a.m., and after two hours, he knocked on the bedroom door and told her to leave. She stated they would be leaving by two o’clock, the report said…
