A Wildwood woman was arrested for trespassing when an officer spotted her using an access road owned by CSX Railroad.
An officer observed an off-road vehicle, the passenger in which was later identified as 30-year-old Elizabeth Ann Anklam, traveling on CSX Railroad property around 10:50 a.m. Wednesday, according to an arrest report from the Wildwood Police Department. The property was an access road owned by CSX Railroad and had “No Trespassing” signs posted throughout the property along various points.
The officer stopped the vehicle as it left the access road and crossed over Northeast 43rd Way. He recognized Anklam, as he had previously trespassed her from the property on Aug. 3. She was told then that she would be arrested if she came back, the report said.
Anklam was subsequently charged with trespassing and transported to the Sumter County Detention Center. She was not given a bond and is being held on a Bay County hold…
