An Ocala tenant claims she sustained injuries and “permanent and significant scarring” after she allegedly fell while walking on a stairwell that was not properly attached to the wall.
Daniela Papke filed the lawsuit against Bernarda Tejada in the Fifth Judicial Circuit Court of Marion County on July 22.
