A daughter from New Jersey has been arrested at her mother’s house in The Villages.
Deputies were called in the wee hours Thursday to investigate a disturbance at a home on Privada Drive in the Village of Alhambra, according to an arrest report from the Sumter County Sheriff’s Office.
The homeowner had summoned law enforcement and once deputies arrived they found that the homeowner’s daughter, 51-year-old Kathleen Ackerly of New Jersey, was wanted on a Lake County warrant. The warrant was issued earlier this year, charging Ackerly with violating her probation.
